In order to credit your account or credit card for the return merchandise, the item(s) must be postmarked 7 days of receipt of the original purchase. ALL original packaging including dustbags and gift boxes MUST be returned. We do not refund any sort of shipping charges. You will not be refunded original shipping charges nor will you be refunded to ship product back to us. Merchandise cannot be used. We will replace a defected product.
